Our Tree Adoption Program is part of our commitment to sustainable development—ensuring that as new neighborhoods take shape, the natural beauty and balance of the land are carried forward.
While many trees have already been purchased by developers to be replanted within their projects, we want our local neighbors to have the opportunity to enjoy these well-established trees as well. This is your chance to carry on their history—bringing the shade, beauty, and legacy of these trees into your own yard or community space.
By adopting a tree, you’re not only preserving a piece of Monument’s landscape—you’re strengthening the bond between our community and the land we all share. Together, we can ensure that the roots of our past continue to grow into the future.

To ensure every adopted tree has the best chance to thrive, Monument Ridge LLC has partnered with PineCo, a trusted leader in Colorado tree transplanting. With over 40 years of combined experience, PineCo specializes in relocating, planting, and caring for large trees including Evergreens, Austrians, Ponderosas, and Blue Spruce.
Known throughout Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, Parker, and across the Front Range, PineCo delivers a high success rate and proven expertise. They handle all of the heavy lifting—so you can simply enjoy the beauty and long-lasting impact of your new landscaping.
Please note: All relocation and planting costs are the responsibility of the tree adopter and will be handled directly through PineCo.
